The 2024 Annual Membership Meeting did not have enough present or proxy to conduct business but here are the draft minutes.
The BOD did conduct their September 2024 Quarterly Meeting.
History of Homeowner Votes
On January 20, 2022, the board voted to give the homeowners a vote at the Annual Meeting on ALL changes to the Community Standards. It seemed inappropriate and undemocratic for only two members of the community to be able to change the Community Standards for the whole sub-division.
Three new board members were elected and it appeared they wanted to make changes without the homeowners so they rescinded the resolution May 13, 2022.
After two directors were recalled and the rest of the Board terminated their service, a new resolutions was presented to the new Board to give the vote back to the homeowners. We are hoping this resolution passes soon as this was one of the reasons for the recall of the last Board.
